welcome to the hclou art & tattoos raffle!

​

all proceeds from the raffle will be used to fund establishing and moving to a new studio. the goal is to raise $13,500 and any additional funds will be used for the QTIBIPOC tattoo scholarship fund! 

​

the raffle will be live from 6/12-6/20. each raffle basket will be closed when the raffle ticket sales meet the total worth to the next hundred dollars. (example: a $520 raffle basket will close when raffle ticket sales = $600).

 

winners will be selected and emailed by 6/23/26.

 

how to enter: 

• purchase a raffle ticket to each item you you hope to win. each ticket is $5 and the raffle ticket entries are unlimited. for any regulated prize such as as tattooing, the winner must be of the legal age to win and/or have a legal adult/guardian for use. 

• ALL RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASES ON 6/12/2026 ARE BOGO: buy one raffle ticket, get one free! purchase minimum to be eligible for the automatic BOGO discount is $10. the discount will be applied at check out. 

• each item winner will be selected and contacted via e-mail by 6/23/26. each item winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. if not claimed, a new winner will be selected. emails will only come from hcloutattoos@gmail.com. 

• some items are LOCAL TO MSP only, which will be included in the title. if an item does not have the LOCAL TO MSP description, it can be shipped anywhere in the united states.
